「Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues. 「Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up.
