「Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. 「I had a short, but nice stay at the Village Hotel. The room was nice and clean and the staff was extremely nice. I flew in from the US and brought the wrong type of voltage adapter with me. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to lend me a cell phone charger, which really saved the day. Great hotel! 」

「住縮非常污糟，樓下酒吧有很多飲醉的人嘈吵尖叫到半夜時份都不能入睡，而且房門外有很多閒雜人等，感覺治安很差，除了價錢平宜外，其他一概一文不值，有生以來不會再入住了」
