"Probably my favourite hotel I've ever stayed at in Seoul. The hotel itself was simple and elegant, with a wonderful modern bathroom. Staff are kind and caring and made us complimentary coffees on a few occassions. Location was perfect! Not touristy, quiet, and lots of great places to eat around. Train station was a very short walk, and the connectivity from Janghanpyeong Station is great and will get you anywhere in Seoul in reasonable time. I will definitely be returning!"

"​Hotels.com only sent me an itinerary number instead of a proper reservation number, which led to the front desk staff claiming they couldn't find my booking details upon check-in. To make matters worse, despite arriving shortly after the 3 PM weekday check-in time, I was told the hotel parking lot was completely full. They directed us to a department store parking lot instead. Because of this, my elderly mother, who relies on a walking cane, had to walk for over 15 minutes just to reach the lobby. It was incredibly frustrating and deeply unpleasant, especially since there was absolutely no prior notice regarding the parking situation."
