Stay away

Virkelig dårligt sted. De lover havudsigt men har ingen værelser med havudsigt. Toilettet virkede. Det varme vand var der ikke. Fjernsynet pillet af væggen og fjernet. Elendig gammel seng. Rækværket på altanen brækkede da jeg lænede mig op af det. Pilråddent og decideret farligt.

Well, it might have been great, but I did not stay there, the thief who Expedia let steal my points did! He or She did have a good time at my expense, I contacted customer service at Expedia, it took them more than a week to get back to me and the short version was they told me it was my fault because I had not changed my password often enough, how often is often enough? And no, they did not refund my points! So good luck if you think you can save your points to use at a later date for another trip, they may not be there when you want to use them! How is that for a review? Expedia knew I did not stay there and still they sent me this email asking me to review the trip, maybe they are that stupid?

Arrived . There was no one at reception when finally we got a room the toilet was not fixed to the floor light bulbs were blown no wifi tv did not work bed was broke . No one around to complane to no playground for my child . Whole place was shabby and unkempt .

Well due to internet problems the hotel got overbooked, but the owner did a good job of fixing the problem and got us a room in another nearby hotel and drove us there as we were dropped off by a taxi.

My entire stay here was very disappointing! Prior to booking, the hotel stated they had free wifi, beach view for my room etc. All these are total lies and fallacy. They don’t have wifi and neither does any of the rooms have a beach view. The beach is way across the street! The cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor; had lots of cobwebs, rusted faucets and shower. The room basically looked like it’s not been used in years! I wanted my attire ironed and the female receptionist took me to the ironing room which wasn’t really an ironing room but a place with bunker beds for me to iron it myself- I couldn’t believe it. For the amount charged per night, this facility isn’t worth it at all! They could do way better, improve on customer relations and service. Lastly, the security for this property is very poor-it’s not gated!

This place is not at all as advertised. No WiFi and NO SECURITY whatsoever. Dangerous for solo travelers. The conditions were horrible and unsanitary. Do not book this hotel!! The will not offer any refund under any circumstances. They will take your money and you’re forced to either risk your health and safety by staying there or book someplace safe and clean and lose your money. BUYER BEWARE!!!

On a plus,the door locked. Otherwise stay somewhere else. Still nothing works from the only other review on this hotel.No tv,no WiFi, A/c in the first room but they moved me to a room without anything working. Just don't bother

Fint hotel til prisen. Perfekt beliggenhed. Når man kender til Afrika er det fin standard. Strømmen går jo af og til. God wifi. Varmt vand. Aircondition og loftsvifte. Effektiv myggenet for vinduer. Toiletartikler består kun af et stykke sæbe og håndklæder. Aircondition larmede og hylede, men kun i vores værelse. Man skal ikke være allergisk overfor spindelvæv over øjenhøjde. Alle vores ønsker blev efterkommet. Primitiv morgenmad. Vi fik hvad vi forventede til prisen. Perfekt strand 200m derfra.

Absolutely not worth a rating other than grumpy. None of the services worked in the room. AC was pants. TV didn't work. Shower-you guessed didn't work. This floor was more comfortable than the first room we were given. No mozzy nets at the shower window. Mozzies had a field day. If you like throwing money away spend a few days there. Glad to get an exit permit out of the place a day earlier than were due to leave. Stay somewhere else.
