「The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!」

「Music was playing from the hotel lobby until 2AM and we were on the 7th floor. We were unable to go to sleep because of this. I called the front desk and the staff said they had no control over the volume of the music for their guests.」

「The room was clean and modern. The staff was great and accommodating. I like a firm mattress but this one was hard as a rock. Maybe because it was a handicap room? The only amenities in the room was two small bars of soap, and no hair drier. There a coffee and juice machine in the lobby in the morning. 」

「The hotel is not bad,, it has horrible curb appeal . I’m not sure who designed that but once you get inside, it’s not bad at all. The rooms are kind of what you would expect in a tiny house. The worst thing is the bathroom has a sliding glass door and if someone is in there everyone will be awakened because it has an opaque glass door.」

「Hotel is not as advertised with 24/7 shuttle service. Once we paid our way there it took over an hour to get us into a room because of I outer problems. The woman was very helpful and trying her best but it was almost 4 am and we were exhausted. I spoke with the manager in the morning about our troubles and he stated he could not offer any refunds due to booking with a 3rd party. After almost 1.5 of trying to reach the right person and being hung up several times they offered a credit for$25. I...

「Really an awesome location but the absolute highlight is the incredible staff. Just made everything an absolute pleasure and you’re just a short couple blocks to the very lively Strand which was a lot of fun. This was our first trip to Galveston and I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. 」

「Very dated and run down. Room smelled very old and musky and didn’t seem really clean. We actually went and bought room spray. The paint was coming off the hand rails in the bathroom really bad. No water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was bad. Only eggs and waffles. Nothing else. Door keys worked part of the time. For the price we were expecting a much better stay. Won’t stay there again. For the price there’s a lot of other options that are cleaner and all around better. 」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」
