Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

El hotel está bien en general, pero sus elevadores son un desastre, me hospedé y me asignaron el cuarto en el piso 11 y los elevadores no servían, fue un verdadero martirio para mi familia tener que subir y bajar por las escaleras o en su defecto esperarte al único elevador que medio funcionaba y tiene espacio para 6 personas, por lo que era una monserga estar esperando de los más de 20 pisos a que lo encontraras disponible
