「The room was super clean. The staff was super helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, the area is safe and very convenient.I actually never write any reviews, but I had to do this one, actually I lost my phone in an Uber ride, and Moustafa was super helpful and amazing. He did not leave my side until we were able to recover my phone. The view is amazing. Thank you again for an awesome stay highly recommend the place . They deserve 10 star stars.」

「The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. 「We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!」
