I really liked this hotel for one night but it had everything I needed. A beautiful view for the price is what you will get, but it is well worth it for a short stay close to everything and the professionals are great.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the microwave works, so one may heat food up.

Bad attitude

I never encountered such a terrible attitude & rudeness in a hotel before. They state that there is a parking available. I arrive to the hotel & called the front desk from the car to ask where the parking is or to send me the valet. The receptionist said “no we don’t have parking dear” so I asked then where am I supposed to park to which she answered “I’m busy” so I said that’s a great attitude & costumer service & she replied “yeah”. There was no manager on site. I had to park away and take a 10 min taxi to the hotel. There are public parkings around but it’s impossible to find a spot at night. The bed was comfy though. But that’s not worth it.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Hotel angestellte an der Rezeption wie auch im Zimmer service. Fühlte mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben einen wundervollen Ausblick auf die Stadt, da das das Areal vor dem Hotel niedrige Bauten hat und eine Atmosphäre austrahlt zum verweilen.
