「The room was super clean. The staff was super helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, the area is safe and very convenient.I actually never write any reviews, but I had to do this one, actually I lost my phone in an Uber ride, and Moustafa was super helpful and amazing. He did not leave my side until we were able to recover my phone. The view is amazing. Thank you again for an awesome stay highly recommend the place . They deserve 10 star stars.」

「I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. 「This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe.」

「We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!」
