「Property is great for a reasonably-priced, clean, safe, nice place to lay your head on a long trip. Would like recycling receptacles so one can keep environmental impact to a minimum while traveling. Glad they had the pump shampoo in the shower to cut down on plastic.」

「The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!」

「As a first time bnb guest, I loved it. James and Connie were very welcoming and made for great conversation during breakfast with the other guests. So much history in the house and area. We spent most of our time in Abingdon - antiquing, dining, and the barter theater. Apparently there's much to discover in Damascus for next time though! We valued the private bathroom in the honeymoon suite, but FYI does not have a shower just a tub, but there was a public shower down the hall. Thanks guys...
