"This property was very nice, and in a fantastic location! Tokyo station is literally right next door. The staff were very helpful and kind. They had little welcome bags for the kids, which was very cute! The rooms were clean and amenities provided were helpful! We did have breakfast at the restaurant, which was very good! A great mix of Japanese and Western breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! "

"Feel like you are in a giant "factory" only geared towards hosting people to sleep for 1 night. Impersonal check-in on machines. Elevators are constantly too full. Rooms are small and oddly designed (beds on an uneven platform, a danger for anyone with slight mobility problems). Gym was extremely small (too small for an hotel of that size). Restaurant has a buffer which was a bit pricey and not so good in terms of quality but saved us from trying to find something fairly late at night. it was the most economical hotel so I guess you can ask for much more. However, there are better options for a little bit more money."
