"Not up to the standards I expected for the price we paid! The room was very small and not very basic! I didn't see any staff during our stay and had no way of communicating with them! Breakfast was very basic and you don't have any options as thet put it in a box the night before with not many fresh stuff! "

"Overall we had a lovely stay. We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. It would have been nice to have some prior warning, as a couple of drinks at the bar would have been a nice end to the evening. That bring said the breakfast was excellent and our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very dog friendly and they provided bowls, a bed, towel and treats, which was very kind. We were also allowed to take her into the breakfast room with us. Staff were all young but very friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and we would happily stay again."

"Good area for parking, nice and safe, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the room was lovely with plenty of space overlooking the quayside, so not far to walk to and the town was just at the back us so overall the location was very good, thank you for a lovely stay "
