Electricity stopped working in my room - but the hotel called an electrician and it was sorted (with a temporary fix) after about...
「The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.」
「Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional.」
