「Clean room」

「Very charming on the outside. Wonderfully renovated on the inside. They are still renovating at the moment but you’re not in a construction zone. It was a nice hidden gem! Highly recommend!」

「We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat....

「We were able to check in early with a small fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us a room with our last minute early check-in Room was very clean, Walking distance to fast food. Location was great to many attractions.」

「The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ...

「There was a couple small hiccups to start, the first not enough towels and second the elevator broke for a few hours on the 10th floor; however, staff was super accommodating and made up for it they went above and beyond. The rest of the stay was exceptional and I would definitely stay there again.」

「The room was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. The pool closes early at 8pm and the restaurant was overpriced. They add 20% service fee to purchases but the market was convenient, we had ice cream every day and enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.」
