This hotel felt safe, the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant, it is walking distance to the train station and city centre, there is a pizza shop next door and a nice restaurant after that, i will definitely stay again

The property is very close to the train stations, so that's a plus. There is no lobby, and the hotel is completely unstaffed. The self-checkin was not very easy to navigate, and if you have a card that does not work, you're out of luck. The listing did not clarify that this hotel does not have a lobby or staff. Also, since no staff at hotel, you cannot leave your bags for the day to go explore. I ended up leaving the city early because I could not leave my luggage at the hotel for the day before catching the train.

With heavy luggage it is a drag to walk from the train station and the worse is the entrance into the hotel. Three steep stairs and a heavy door to open. I won't do it a second time. With light luggage this problem doesn't exist.

I really didn't like this hotel

The pictures made this hotel seem a lot better than it was. It is slightly cheaper than most of the nearby hotels, but it is most definitely worth spending 10-20 EUR more to stay at a proper hotel. Corridors look like in a prison, rooms are total el cheapo, bed very hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to fall asleep on it. Frankly the worst hotel I've stayed at for years. "Bp" stands for "best price," but quality-price ratio is not satisfactory.

超環保的，住5晚都沒有更換床單。大堂入口和樓層有異味（💩）。電梯老舊、時好時壞。上落搬行李，沒有好體力不要來住。加些錢住隔壁的好了。酒店位置在德國才令我感到難以理解和想象。

Für eine Nacht ist das Hotelzimmer völlig ausreichend gewesen. Badezimmer sehr klein aber alles soweit sauber. Preis + Lage top. Self-Check in durch kleinen Computer, Parkmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb 5 Minuten alles zu erreichen. Gerne wieder

Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer in dem Partnerhotel(Friedlandstr.) gebucht - aber der Schlüssel des gebuchten Zimmer war nicht vorhanden. Telefonisch war Hilfe nicht zu erreichen, so dass wir das Partnerhotel (Römerstraße.) aufsuchten. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hat uns dann ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus im Hotel (Römerstraße) gegeben. War alles perfekt 👌
