"The hotel is clean, staff is kind and helpful, large rooms and good location. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. While the wait was less than 1 hour, we had just arrived in town after a long drive.The room and bathroom lighting is dim."

"The staff consisted of one person only but he was sincerely so helpful and charming! The location is fantastic- close to highways, Warren Wilson and downtown Asheville. The problem was the upkeep of the place. The paint is peeling, the cement steps are crumbling, the walls are bare, the bed creaked loudly anytime I moved. The motel is not a boutique anything! "
