"Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning on my car. Then after validation I got a warning the morning I checked out. Seriously, people. When I went to checkout I saw nothing for digital checkout, and there was nobody at the desk. When somebody finally did show up they didn’t even ask how my stay was. Not great, and I won’t be staying here, again"

"We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. "So this is a very short distance from downtown Chandler so the perfect location. Cute motel with retro vibes, clean and spacious. Nice little pool area and parking. Some idiot was incorrectly parked blocking entrance and exit and the owners were right on it messaging all guests to get the car moved… Bravo. The owners are exceptionally responsive to any questions and I received responses within minutes to my questions. Will definitely be returning Thank you for a great stay"
