From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. 」

「Good and quiet hotel location. Good view of the Matterhorn. The service of the staff was very good too. However, the room was a bit hot as there was only window on one side. Moreover, the omelette and crepe at breakfast were not up to standard - the omelette was too dry, the texture of the crepe was bad (too thick, rough and dry). The scambled egg was better.」

「This might be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The view, the rooms, the food, the spa, the staff, everything was just so amazing and everyone so helpful. My pickiness is I wish the steam rooms and saunas opened earlier. And there was some more flexibility with the kid swimming pool hours. But I get it, it is mainly geared towards adults. I wood stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast included is light years better then the typical American continental breakfast, the Italian restaurant...
