「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「We had a truly wonderful stay at The Packhorse Inn. We stayed in Warren Room which was really lovely a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. Areas of the room and the hallway leading to it are a little tired looking stained carpet and areas of paintwork could be refreshed. The food was absolutely amazing we had roast beef and sticky date pudding for our meal. Lovely service the waiter was very helpful and attentive. 「The Northgate is in an excellent location which allows you to explore Bury St. Edmonds with a short walk. The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and the syaff amazing. We did the chefs table dinner and had auch a fantastic meal! Would highly recommend」
