"The property was in poor condition. Air conditioner stunk like sewage, and entire 6th floor. Could not use! Maid service was horrible. Lacked cleaniness in rooms. Poor or lacked amenities. Staff was outright poor and not friendly. Buffet was crowded and service was not extended to other available area. There were holes in bathroom doors and prices for bar drinks were extremely expensive. I would avoid this place!"

"This was an exceptional stay for us. The hotel has been beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small garden to sit in right outside our room entrance but close to the very clean and well maintained pool. Edouard was a wonderful host, helpful, charming and informative at all times, his wife is an amazing cook so we enjoyed wonderful, wholesome and delicious breakfasts every morning. And this hotel is in the heart of the Pelion...
