「Best of line service I’ve ever had. Location is near 2 subway intersection. Everything's great except the window is not so clean for my 33rd floor room. Pity for such a wonderful view. 」

「Overall it's a nice stay. Room is clean, quite quiet on my floor. And staff made you feel welcomed. Their toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn. Though in very small bottles, it's enough for one day use. The service at the breakfast is good! They showed you the way personally not only directing you by pointing out fingers. The check-in service is a bit un-organized. I guess it's due to there were a group of meeting guests checking in at the same time. No hotel staff to guide people stay in...

「Terrific rooms (admittedly, I had a junior suite, but it was among the best I have stayed in, especially considering how reasonably priced it was), excellent breakfasts in a pleasant restaurant, but most of all, super-helpful and friendly staff even when there was a bit of a language barrier. Extremely minor nit: my mattress was a bit saggy in the middle—should be replaced.」

「Staff (Gray Liu) is super nice. The room is perfect as well. Kempinski will be my #1 choice when I visit Nanjing again.」

「2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。」
