「Had an amazing 8 night stay recently. Food (both buffet and a la carte restaurants) were excellent. Every member of staff from welcome, management, bar, buffet, pool and cleaning were gracious, friendly and incredibly welcoming. 「We loved this hotel. Wanted to visit Lanzarote but didn’t want a big resort The room was fine, the staff excellent and so charming and helpful especially Belfar , Michele and Livio. Belfar in particular went above and beyond and sorted us a private guided trip to Timanfaya etc at very little more than group tours . Thank you x Loved the quiet. Loved the pool.
