"Staff are amazing, accommodation was beautiful and food was divine. A luxe experience all round.
Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge. "

"The hotel was exceptional. Jorge's attention to detail during the airport pickup and check in, all staff were friendly and friendly service, made a great impression. The food at the hotel restaurant, both for breakfast and lunch, was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and would love to return."
