「Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. 」

「Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast.」

「Have stayed at many of the Taj properties and experienced very high standard service. This property doesn’t live up to a Taj standard. Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up.」
