「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. 「A true 5-star resort hotel in the center of the beautiful Opatia with private beach in addition to the spa and swimming pools. All the staffs were so supportive and nice, especially the two lovely ladies in the Mini Club for kids program downstairs. My daughter loved the whole-day activity program and has asked to go back there next summer. The room renovation is nearly new and the view breathtaking. Will go back next June and stay longer!」

「The hotel is gorgeous and we loved our room and the pool was warm and lovely. It was difficult to get servied at the pool so we ended up just doing it ourselves. We ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was less than average which is surprising for a hotel of this calibre. We had some great meals in the old town of Zadar which was an easy walk away.」

「I loved this stay. We booked a Panorama suite, and the view was amazing. The only downside was that one of the curtains was broken and wouldn't open. But that's probably just me being picky. Otherwise, everything was great. It's a really nice hotel. We weren't lucky with the weather, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. Just be prepared for the pricey cocktails, massages, and Michelin-starred restaurant. My recommendation. 」
