We did the moderate recommended walk after our stay and no issues with us leaving the car. The views were great but it was hard work getting up them hills at some points on uneven ground. The local area is nice, the castle is great and the Dutch pancake house up the road is worth a visit. 」

「What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast. We are dairy and gluten free by allergy which can be challenging to find suitable restaurants however the hotel catered for us and probably one of the breakfasts we’re had in a long time.
