科萊斯 5 星級飯店

「Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back.」

「Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good. Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable.」

「Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant.」

「I came to the Four Seasons Hotel again, and the service was as warm, thoughtful and meticulous as always.」

「The property was very clean. Overall stay was nice. Would like to have an onsite restaurant that served various foods. Also needed service and supplies for coffee.」
