「I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful! Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. 「It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「Great property close to everything in Canggu. The staff was great. Had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. The walk from the main street is longer than expected an dark at night so be mindful of that. And, a lot of dogs around just so you know. 」
