Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali.

We had no hot water during our stay. Property is outdated and needs a massive upgrade. Pool area is nice however food wasn’t great and the cabana area is not as good as it was a year ago when we stayed. Good location but needs some attention

This property hotel was not what I saw on the photos. This hotel needs a facelift. Staff were ok pool room we had the pool was dirty and had to be cleaned twice..electrical in our room was poor with bad connection. . Communication was poor with staff . Breakfast was good with great food . Coffee was poor with no lite milk . Don't no why Expedia would put old photos of a hotel which is not up to scratch.

The bones are here .. nice property but it needs a refresh.. room was fantastic - 1 Bedroom partial ocean view.. great size .. pool area is also fantastic.. staff cannot do enough for you .. there is a club down the beach - LOUD Fri and Sat nite till 430am music .. sounds like it’s coming from downstairs.. download Grab for taxi service .. lots of great restaurants nearby .. Numero Quattro - spectacular Italian low prices .. overall excellent stay

This hotel was very nice, exactly as pictured. The location was great, a quick walk along the beach to the beach clubs, Finn and Atlas. The beach club and restaurant at the hotel, Vue, was also great. The hotel was right on the beach and had beautiful views of the sunset. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to and from the airport. We had a great time here.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The whole property is extremely tired and dirty. The staff are all very pleasant and friendly. The pool area needs a good clean up. It appears management do not put any resources into cleaning around the property. What pictures we saw on-line and what the Lv8 advertise is not correct. The roof has a tarpaulin covering one side of the second storey ...very disappointed for what we paid for a family holiday.
