「这是一家太过自私的酒店，我是武汉的游客，我们国家因为冠状病毒主动取消武汉出发航班，我希望能取消预订并退费，但酒店坚持不取消预订，现在，意大利已经宣布进入紧急状态，我无法理解酒店在游客遇到不可抗力的情况下都不取消的这种行为，我想，如果这个时候我要真到你们住下来，你们可能会改变决定。」

「The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! 「Super freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegt, ruhig gelegen, Frûhstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Perfekter Service. Einzig die Matratze war für uns etwas zu hart. Air condition, Wifi, alles funktionierte zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Auch der super Service am Pool muss gelobt werden. 」

Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps.
