「Everything was great. The only small issue was the buffet seafood dinner. It was fine. Not great. 」

「Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings. 「Everyone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back 」

「Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. 」
