「Excellent service. The lobby manager helped us arrange early check-in. The staff kindly helped us take the luggage to the room. I'm sorry that I was too tired to remember their names at that time. The location is very good. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Kite beach.」

「This is a great hotel to stay if you are planning to visit the older parts of Dubai. Close to the Gold Souq metro station, to go anywhere from Dubai Airport to Dubai mall. Many restaurants within a couple of stations. View from the top floor is fantastic.」
