They allowed me to check in early and had decorated the room with messages and even gave me a little sweet treat. Nothing was too difficult for them to sort out and they went above and beyond for me. The room was very big, clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa facilities were great and I had a wonderful detox massage....

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...
