I didn’t used a hot tub we hust needed to spent a night because our final destination was California but horrible to find a parking area we parked at the other side not enough assistance to check in just a lot of machines and kind of difficult to do it thru there i found the room number at that and never were asked what would worked better for us. Then the check out another issue nobody could told us how to get to parking lot just the Starbucks clerk was a nice and kind let me know how to get there
