From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. "Excellent hotel with very nice room offering sea view. The hotel has a very nice pool overlooking the sea, and a private beach for guests to enjoy. There are also several pickleball courts as well. Several restaurants are available throughout the day; the hotel has enough for you not to step out of the compound. If need be, there are 2 shuttle bus services in the evening to bring you to nearby town center. You may also get a taxi with no problem. The hotel staffs are very friendly and make sure you enjoy your stay as I did."

"Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get."
