「Stort och bekvämt hotell nära fotbollsstadion men en kvarts promenad till Guggenheim och mat/shoppinggatorna. Enkelt att parkera i garaget för 15 Euro och smidig in- och utcheckning. Rummet var enligt beskrivningen men kanske lite mjuk säng. Ok frukost men lite konferenshotellskänsla i miljön. Overall smidigt för bara en natt på genomresa men hade inte valt det för en helgvistelse etc. om man vill upptäcka Bilbao eftersom ligger lite vid sidan av. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was great quality and value for money. Staff extremely friendly. Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. To use the spa is extra, but all the info was very clear when we booked. I would recommend and stay again.」

「Great location. Well, every place is close, but it is far enough away from the bars to get some rest. The room is clean and efficient. My wife and I felt very safe. There are electric locks from the street to the pension (hotel) main entrance to the room door, all opened with the provided to key.
