"Nice big rooms. The shower over bath is a bit outdated. Remote for TV needs to be replaced as had a hard time turning it on "

"The apartment has no elevator. We stayed at 3rd floor and was hard to carry heavy luggage to it. The AC is not cool at all. I don't recommend the 3rd floor living especially during the hot summer due to AC inefficiency."

"A lovely hotel with great amenities . The property was a 5* star in its day. Needs some painting and attention to detail re cleaning of fans,vents etc The staff are excellent "

"For a hotel with a prime poisition and surrounded by great scenery, restsurants etc, I thought the room furniture ans facilities was quite outdated! But on location, I highly recommend."

"Great view"

"The pools and 2 restaurants made it a very convenient stay. It’s close to grocery stores so we could get some snacks. The resort dated, but clean and comfortable! The fire alarm went off in our room at 7am the morning we were leaving, so that got us out of there early. I’m sure a battery change would fix that but it was slightly annoying. The cafe restaurant doesn’t include “sauces” with meals, that meant we got no tomato sauce (ketchup) or tartar sauce with our fish and chips if we didn’t pay for it when we ordered. We didn’t know we had to state the obvious and we weren’t asked if we wanted it when we ordered, so we didn’t get any. When I asked for both she gave me tartar, but said I’d have to go back to the front to pay for ketchup. That was a bit silly, but overall the kids loved the pools and we had a good stay. The food was good. "
