You have to be lucky to find some English speakers at the reception (not everyone does it). The laundry bag was missing in the room. I requested and only the day after arrived. The housekeepers came to bring me the clean clothes but they wanted payment in that occasion only cash. I tried to explain that I would pay by credit...
