However it is expensive at about $1200-$1300 a night, when you include the food and stay.. The only problem is that it does not have air conditioning. With the hot and humid weather not having air conditioning creates a big problem. When guests are not getting good sleep, they are not able to enjoy their day and that was a problem...

Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone.
