Shishahai 4 Stars Hotels

The front desk Staffs were very professional, friendly and went extra to help! Location was awesome! Got free upgraded room and room was big enough for 2 ppl! Thank you so much ❤️

This hotel is located in a historic district near the center of Beijing, which makes it very easy to get to some of the attractions such as the Forbidden City. The hotel also has a beautiful ambiance. It really resonates with the surrounding area. The staff was also friendly and helpful. My friend and I spent a great time there.

Walking distance from subway and a block away from the night market, good location

Hotel not only offers washer and dryer for free but also they can help you do the cleaning if you are too busy to do yourself, very helpful staff. Location is good, I'm able to take bus from summer palace to hotel front door. Bus also goes to some other attractions door to door

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast ample. WiFi not that good, slow and restricted. Knowledge of English of the staff should improve. Though they use an on-line translator, it would be easier to make understand directely.

Although Holiday Inn Deshengmen was pricier than the other hotel in my trip, it was beautiful, clean, spacious and relaxing room. The above-head over sized shower was fantastic, and large vanity space in the bathroom had enough space for two people to get ready for a formal evening! The tasteful decor, crisp linens and fluffy towels were welcoming after a long flight and program. The room had comfortable bed/pillows, pleasing seating, desk space, ample storage and bathroom space. The closet...

The location of this hotel is the best and the room is excellent

The room was spacious and the loft bed was really neat and comfortable. They even have an air purifier in the the room. The breakfast was really good and so was the dinner and affordable too. It was pretty central as well. I would stay there again if I go back to beijing!

Excelent hotel with a superb location. The only thing to improve could be the attention at the front desk wit a better attitude towards the guests and a better command of the english language.

I wasn't able to connect to my corporate VPN via hotel wifi due to extremely slow speed. But other than that, the hotel is a great deal for the amount of money I paid. Very happy overall.

Overall pretty good, the surrounding area is quite, but there are heavy traffic in the area.

I have stayed at various hotels near Renmin University and this is by far the best choice in the area. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Renmin and nearby universities.

When I arrived I had been under the weather for several days. The check-in was quick and painless and the service desk arranged my transportation for the following morning. Upon arriving in the room the bed had been turned down, slippers laid out and there was a lovely plate of dessert & macaroons and a fruit basket. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Beijing.

This hotel is definitely in a strange location. Not only is in a small lane (like a hutong sized lane), the road to the lane has a "no hired car" sign, so some paranoid taxi and DiDI drivers did not want to drive down the street. We walked most of the time to the next street ("XiaoWei Hutong"?) to get our DiDi. I read somewhere else that this is a great hotel of domestic Chinese travelers, and I have to agree. It's not winning any awards for modern design or new amenities. But it is...

The team was incredibly helpful! Greeted me with complimentary sodas and coffee and helped me organize several taxis, including one to and from the Great Wall.
