"I like the location with easy access to Yumbo and a few nice dining areas. The property had limited parking but street parking always available and free. It was off season so very quite and adults only was a bonus. The breakfast was good but repeated everyday so could only have for a couple mornings. Rooms very clean and spacious"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kumara. It was a great place for family; it has a shallow pool for small children as well as a small play area. The layout allowed us to stay outside our room whilst being able to watch our little one in these areas. The hotel was extremely clean. Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults)."

"Drink service was very poor.the cleaner spat in the pool.a customer was shouted at for dropping a glass.there was no entertainment.the food was poor quality at dinner,like school dinners.the breakfast wasn't worth waking up for.there was absolutely zero atmosphere,like nobody was enjoying themselves."
