"Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può...

"We found this hotel via the app, and figured we’d take little detour to get there. This ”little detour” was half an hour on serpentine roads through a mostly uninhabited Italian landscape, and the inhabitated parts looking a little like the rural parts of Alabama. When we finally arrived in the little village, we got an eerie feeling of being on the set of ”Deliverance”. Do they even have electricity here? Did I hear a banjo playing from the woods? "nel lavandino acqua calda in flusso inesistente; hanno dimenticato di fare la stanza, ascensore sporco con insetti sul soffitto; condizioni pessime del parcheggio privato. Problemi gravi con l'acqua in tutta la struttura. Il personale invece gentile e disponibile. struttura non da 4 stelle"
