「Clean, modern hotel although far too warm in the corridors.」

「Hotel is great and well located. What impressed me most was the staff attention to make sure everyone were following the rules and after some kids messed up, they cleaned everything. Well done!!」

「I loved the interior decor of the hotel and the ambience. The rooms were in good condition for the age of the property. All the staff were super friendly and helpful but at times there were not enough especially at breakfast time. The breakfast choices were a bit similar with brioche buns or sourdough on most dishes making it hard to choose if bread is not your thing. 」

「Lovely clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, however we had a few minor issues. Positives: Friendly helpful staff Clean & well decorated rooms. Get discount off multi story parking. Negatives: We tried ringing twice on the day to find out about parking and there was no answer. We had a twin room. Beds are very narrow and high. I am 5"2' and 5 months pregnant. Getting on and off the bed was a challange. The headboard is large and my 5"11' friend's feet was hanging off...

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was clean and tidy. It took a few minutes to be served at the bar at times but eventually I got served. My only problem was I booked a double room for myself, but the ed was 2 singles joined together. I understand why they do this but I could feel the gap in between the 2 beds and it felt like I was rolling into it all night. Other than the bed a great place to stay」

「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」
