"Great hotel with great staff. Very clean. Superb breakfast. Nice gym. The hotel has a direct access to the "Emporium mall" in case you need to go for shopping which is a good thing. Two things could be improved: adding half an hour to the breakfast time 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am, and beeing more carefull with the bed sheets. Not that the sheet were dirty, but they had some stains that seems not to go with washing and it's a pitty when you look at the general cleanliness of the hotel which...

"Location great as well as cleanliness. However, be careful what is said to staff as they change their tune very quickly. They will say something but will not hold true to their word. "

"Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."
