"Check-in was a breeze and staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable and pillows didn't suck (which I find a lot of hotels and the worst pillows - they flatten out into nothing when you sleep). Shower was just okay, they were out of conditioner and the shelf wad broken, so it wouldn't hold my toiletries. In the grand scheme of things, it was all still okay for my business stay. Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants. "

"In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "
