"Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

"Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area simply wonderful. It is set back about 200m from the beach and a10min walk to Otres2. Don't let this put you off as there is a golf buggy shuttle at your disposal all day. You can even arrange pick up up to 10pm every night which is a good idea as the road is dark.
