Bad hotel, partially closed and non operating

No working : gym, restaurant, swimming pool very dirty. Hotel is partially close and it doesn't work complete. It's a disaster and Expedia did not advised me about this terrible condition.

예약하고 결재까지 했음에도, 투숙 거부당한 황당한 유령호텔

12월 24일부터 4박5일 이용계획이었으나, 24일 체크인하러 갔더니 담당자 하는 말이~~~어제 사장이 바뀌고 폐업했다 다시 개업한 상태다. 이전 예약은 우리가 모른다. 이호텔에 숙박하려면 돈을 내라.~~~정말 평생 한번 겪을까 말까 한 어이 없는 일을 당했습니다. 캄보디아에서의 첫날인 24일은 아주 끔찍했습니다. 결국 밤중에 다른데 찾기도 힘들어서 일박을 현금 주고 결재해야만 했습니다. 심지어 조식도 제공이 안된다는군요. 나중에 물어보니 조식 서비스가 아예 없어졌습니다. 더 짜증나는것은 담당자 영어 발음이 아주 형편없었는데도 자꾸 나보고 자기 말을 이해했냐고? 영어 아냐고 물어보는데 짜증나 죽는줄 알았습니다.

ビーチに近くて手頃な価格設定のホテル

ホテルからビーチまで歩いて5分くらい。ホテルの真ん中が吹き抜けプール。 部屋のドアを開けると目の前にプールがあり、マッサージやジムも併設。 プールサイドでノンビリ本を読んで過ごしました。

Frustrating and no WiFi

WiFi did not work entire 3 day stay. No towels in room when I arrived- took 10 minutes to try to explain to staff what a towel was. Front desk staff unable to communicate in basic English. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich they bring a tuna sandwhich with no cheese. Struggle to explain what a grill cheese sandwhich is- they bring back the Tuna sandwich with cheese. Restaurant staff cannot communicate in basic English nor do they understand what is written in the menu. Big clump of long hair in shower when I arrived. Extremely loud music from bars could be heard in room until 1am. Would not stay here again.

Disappointing. Hotel is old, does not look good, and the service in considerably worse than I have been used to other places in Cambodia. Also, the bathroom is not clean. The towels are brown...

비치 가깝고 조식 맛있고 직원 친절한 호텔

비치와 가깝고 직원도 친절하고 조식도 아주 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 좀 불편했네요. 객실 내 금고가 있었지만 처음부터 잠겨 있어서 프론트로 열어달라 요청했지만 저녁에 수리하는 직원이 없어서 안된다고 해서 이용을 못 했네요.

Hyvä perustason hotelli. Kävelymatka rannalle. Uima-altaan vesi ei ollut vierailumme aikana ihan puhdasta. Henkilökunta asiallista. Respa hankki meille bussiliput Sihanoukvillestä Phnom Penhiin ja huolehti kiitettävästi siitä, että meidät noudettiin kyytiin hotellilta.

Minor problems, but otherwise great hotel.

Hotel was as described. Big rooms, good pool, great breakfast. Location is perfect - two blocks from Serendipity beach. Customer service was very ordinary (the worst we experienced in Cambodia) - very little english spoken - but don't let that put you off. For the price, the hotel is worth it. The breakfast was excellent (the best we had in Cambodia). No hot water in showers, but given the heat that's not a real issue. We did not get the room we booked and paid for (twin instead of double), but largely due to making our booking the day before arrival. We left happy about our stay.

双人间，两张床都很大。房间很大，阳台也不错，可以看泳池。就是装修有些老。位置也不错，步行到海滩5分钟。早餐很丰富。

Surprising good hotel compares with photos in the internet. The room is clean and comfortable. However, many small Gekkonidaes can be found on the wall in the corridor, and the corridor was flooding while raining.

如果你喜歡熱鬧,選這就對了！

度假村正旁為pub,所以晚上可以聽得非常清楚的夜店音樂聲,還有後面靠近馬路的卡拉ok聲,如果喜歡這氣氛的人,夜晚很美麗!直到午夜12點半以後,是就寑時間!!

ロケーションはいいけど・・・

立地は非常に便利です。ライオン像にも近く、その付近には飲食店が並んでるので、歩いていけます。ただし、部屋お床がちゃんと掃除したの？というぐらい、足の裏が真っ黒に。しかたがないので、ホテルのタオルで床拭きをしました。2泊したのですが、2泊目も床が汚く、2日とも床拭きしました。髪の毛の束も落ちていて、非常に不快でした。部屋にはシャワーしかないのですが、シャンプーを置くような場所もなく、0歳児を抱っこしてシャワーを浴びるにはかなり不便でした。ちょっと割高感があります。

Great hotel for shore holidays

Great address for a stay in Sihanoukville: room was and spacious, reception helpful and welcoming. Great pool and fitness (pity it closes at 8PM). Breakfast was great. Pity staff was not fluent in English.
