"We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

"We received the apt with the dishwasher full of plates/mugs/pots/silverware. The dryer machine was full of clothes too. And smelling as food when we arrived. So I think the cleaning charge is not a fair rate due these conditions."
