"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

"Upon arrival, the front-desk lady informed me that my room was booked for only 1 night, whereas I had booked through the Expedia app for 2 nights. She admitted that that was a mistake from the hotel, but there were no rooms available for us on that night, although my Expedia itinerary stated a confirmed 2 night stay. She advised that we could stay in a nearby hotel for 1 night, and then check in to Porta Caucasusia the following night. I must point out that we reached the hotel after a 4 hour...

When you lift to the top you will see everything around you. Often clouds can get lower and you will start your skiing above the clouds. The feeling is really great. "Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site. I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got."
