「It was great」

「Room very good and clean」

「Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. 「Superb restaurant and wonderful views of Mt Kazbeg!」

「Amazing unique experience」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy hotel. The view from our room was amazing, food was excellent, the interior is new and very tasteful.」

「Good view can see the village but bathroom has smell , the room is not smell good , hair dryer is not working, hot water kettle still have existing water from old users. Last thing breakfast is horrible 」

「TV and safety box did not work. We asked for a better room and got one. It was not bad, but it was not great either.」

「Lovely staff, great food, very welcoming. Beds were quite firm, but other than that - great!」

「Overall good. I need a gym or some facilities beyond the rooms」
